JuicySticky (“the app”) is made by Athledev Labs (“we”, “us”), based in the United States. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

JuicySticky is licensed, not sold. The free tier lets you create up to three notes. A one-time Pro license unlocks unlimited notes on the Mac where the license is activated. License keys are personal and must not be shared or resold.

Your content

You own your notes. The app stores them locally on your Mac. We do not access, host, or sync your note content.

Payments and refunds

Pro is sold through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record. That means Gumroad, not us, is the seller for your purchase: they process payment, issue your invoice, and collect any sales tax or VAT due where you live.

The free tier lets you try JuicySticky (up to three notes) before paying, so you can decide whether Pro is right for you. If you buy Pro and it is not working out, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will arrange a full refund through Gumroad. If you are an EU or UK consumer, your statutory rights for digital purchases still apply.

Updates

The app may check for updates and download signed builds from our release infrastructure. You can continue using an installed version if you choose not to update.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of the app. You are responsible for backing up your notes (for example via Time Machine).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute we cannot settle by email first will be handled by the state and federal courts located in New Jersey. None of this removes the mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms or the app from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
